Refund Policy

Following the philosophy of Warren Buffett, our aim is not just to satisfy you, but to delight you.

To ensure customer delight we have a 30-day refund and exchange policy. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee you a refund or exchange if 30 days have gone by since your purchase. The approval of refunds or exchanges after 30 days will be solely at our discretion.

We will do all we reasonably can to make you happy.

Returns

Please contact us at support@fakenewsblues.com to request a refund. If possible, please use the e-mail address you supplied in your original order. That will help us to find your records and will act as your proof of purchase.

If approved for a refund, we may ask you to return your product to the Print on Demand supplier who fulfilled the order, or to us directly. Our suppliers only accept returned products if they are clearly defective, not if you accidentally ordered the wrong color or size. Please view the product sizing charts to ensure proper fit. At our discretion, we may invite you to keep the original item and to just send us a photo showing the defect.

To be eligible for a refund your purchase must be unused and in its original packaging. If a returned item is not in its original condition, shows obvious signs of wear, or is damaged for reasons not due to our error, we may issue only a partial refund or credit, at our discretion

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

After we receive your email requesting a refund, we will email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. At our discretion, you may not be required to return your product. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

Refund processing time varies by your credit card company or bank. If you haven’t received a refund, please contact your credit card company or bank to inquire about refund processing times.

If you have waited the required amount of time your credit card company or bank has outlined for refund processing, but you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@fakenewsblues.com.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We reserve the right to replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you accidentally order the wrong color or size, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange or to give you only a partial refund, at our discretion. Please view the product sizing charts before ordering to ensure proper fit.
